AGENCY FEES

AGENCY/PLACEMENT FEES

The following fees shall be paid by the client upon an offer of engagement made to a Night Nanny, Nanny, Doula, Maternity Nurse, Trainee Maternity Nurse, Trainee Nanny or any other candidate supplied by us.  Placements are considered temporary up to 16 weeks.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS FEES

10% of all monthly wages earned by the child carer(s) paid per month.

PERMANENT PLACEMENTS

10% of all monthly wages earned by the child carer paid monthly.

NOTE: Agency fees are paid directly by Clients or Parents, they are not part of the wages owed to the childcare(s) supplied.

NON REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT FEES

An initial fee of £30 must be paid to the agency before the commencement of agency services. It is a commitment fee for administering our clients' account. This includes but is not limited to placing adverts on different platforms depending on the unique needs of our Clients.

In case the Client withdraws their interest, they will forfeit the commitment fee.
